Who are Conscious Collective products for?
We are a B2B company that offers businesses thoughtful, story-driven gifts including our pre-set gift boxes, build-your-own customizable bundles, custom shops and single products in bulk.
Our gifts are designed to reflect values like sustainability, inclusivity, and community support and are meant for companies who wish to support the environment, the economy and/or equity.
What makes your products different from other corporate gifts?
Every item is selected with purpose; all of our products & vendors meet one of six criteria:
- Canadian or US made
- Eco-Friendly
- Diversely-owned
- Handmade
- Has a Giveback Program and/or
- Small business (under 100 employees)
Each gift includes a story card that explains the impact of each of the items and how they support a more equitable, and sustainable world.
What types of services do you provide?
We flex to suit your needs! We can provide bulk purchase of a singular item, put together a gift set including multiple items, or even host an online or in-person shop for recipients to be able to select the items that they want.

We cater primarily to corporate markets, events, real estate and destination marketing:
We often create welcome-gifts and appreciation gifts for realtors, onboarding kits, snack boxes, and employee engagement and recognition boxes for our corporate audience, branded promotional giveaways and giftboxes for events and locale-boxes for destination marketing, where we curate gift boxes featuring products from a local destination.
We are constantly growing, and can serve most audiences looking for gifts in bulk.
I don't own a business, can I still purchase gifts through Conscious Collective?
Although we are primarily B2B, we can still provide gifting solutions in bulk to consumers as well as long as they meet the minimum order quantities listed on the product pages (typically 12 units per item or more).
How can I create a custom corporate gift box?
You can work with our team to build a fully customized gift experience or use our interactive Build A Box tool—choosing your own items, branding options, and story cards that highlight the impact of each vendor.
We also help curate boxes that align with your company values or event themes. We love working with clients one-on-one for the best gift outcome. Our site serves as a catalog of our favourite vendors and products but we have access to MANY more options with the right direction.
💳 Orders & Payments
What is the minimum order quantity required for a purchase?
We work with a variety of vendors with different terms, so minimum order quantities (MOQ) vary by individual product and are listed on the product pages.
Generally, MOQ is around 12 units per item. Smaller, more inexpensive products may have a higher MOQ and larger/more luxurious products may have a lower MOQ.
What payment options are available for placing an order?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.
You can check out using PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
We also accept cheques, e-transfer or wire transfers.
How do I make an order?
You can choose which option suits you best:
- Add items to you cart directly on our site and complete the purchase in checkout. Your credit card will be charged, and we will contact you to confirm order details before production.
- Contact us with your order wish-list and we will put together an invoice for you.
What happens after I place an order?
We will contact you to confirm all of your order details before production, including:
- Desired items
- Branding or Customization
- Packaging
- Message for note card and/or story card
- Delivery timelines
- Shipping addresses
- Shipping costs
Once agreed upon, we will move forward with fulfillment.
How do I request customization (e.g. logo, custom notes, branding)?
Many of our products are brandable and we offer a number of brandable packaging options to beautifully reflect your business.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How does shipping work for multiple recipients?
We offer two shipping methods:
- we ship all the products in bulk to one location and you distribute as needed
or - we can ship directly to each of your recipients.
We make group gifting simple by allowing you to ship to multiple addresses. Just provide the addresses after you place your order, and we’ll calculate individual shipping costs, which are added to your final invoice.
What should I know about shipping timelines and delivery guarantees?
Once you approve your order, we’ll commit to a delivery timeline. We aim for 2-4 weeks from project ideation to delivery, but this can vary.
Our CCC Guarantee ensures that if your shipment doesn’t arrive on time through no fault of your own, we’ll cover the shipping cost—no questions asked.
How are shipping costs determined?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery location, the weight and size of your order, and your timeline needs. These charges are clearly quoted before invoicing so there are no surprises.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes! We can ship to international recipients.
🔄 Returns, Refunds & Product Quality
What happens if there’s an issue with my order?
If anything goes wrong—damaged items, missed deadlines, or unsatisfactory products—we’ll make it right. That might include replacements, refunds, or even repurchasing unused items. Your satisfaction is our priority.
How do you handle product returns or dissatisfaction?
We offer flexible solutions. If your items are unbranded and unused, we’ll accept returns. If you’ve received damaged goods or aren't satisfied with the quality, we’ll work with you on a refund or replacement.
