Allo Simonne, founded in 2018 by Belgian friends Quentin Ryckaert and Vincent Coja, crafts exquisite bean-to-bar chocolates and gourmet spreads that cater to even the most discerning palates. Inspired by Quentin's grandmother, Simonne Allo, the company continues to evolve, with their latest creation—bean-to-bar tablets—launched in 2023 from their Montreal workshop.
