The Pizza Corner in Halifax sketch captures the a popular area known for its concentration of late-night pizza restaurants. It is located at the intersection of Blowers and Grafton Streets and has become an iconic late-night food destination in the city.

The area is frequented by locals and visitors alike, especially during the late hours, and it has gained a reputation as a social hub and a gathering place for people after a night out. The most famous pizza restaurants in Pizza Corner are "Sicilian Pizza" and "Tomasino's Pizza," both of which have been serving slices to hungry patrons for many years. These establishments have become an integral part of the city's late-night food culture, offering a variety of pizza options to satisfy late-night cravings.

Originally, the Pizza Corner consisted of three pizzerias: King of Donair, Sicilian Pizza, and the European Food Shop. However, the European Food Shop closed in 2015, and King of Donair left its longtime location in 2012, leaving the corner with only two pizzerias. Sicilian Pizza, known for its Halifax-style donairs, has been serving the best pizza, donairs, wings, and subs for over 30 years. 

The Pizza Corner in Halifax is renowned for its late-night eateries with its delicious offerings and vibrant atmosphere has become a cultural landmark in the city.

PAPER & DESCRIPTION

• Print and cards are of my original handmade marker sketches.
  
• For my original work I use Copic, and Winsor and Newton alcohol-based and acrylic ink markers.
• Prints are signed by the artist. 

PACKAGING
Prints: All prints are packaged with love, sealed in an eco-friendly, compostable cello sleeve made of plant fibers with thick backing cardboard and mailed in a non-bend envelope to ensure the print remains in perfect condition.
Greeting Cards: All cards are blank inside and a kraft envelope is included. All greeting cards are packed in a clear cellophane bag.

• It's very important to us to keep being as eco-friendly as possible.
• PLA compostable sleeves and recycled postcards.
