The Wharf in Quidi Vidi Village, Newfoundland

The tranquil scene of sparkling waters, fishing boats bobbing in the harbor, and quaint dwellings is perfectly captured in this peaceful art sketch print depicting The Wharf at Quidi Vidi Village in St. John's, Newfoundland.

The wharf is an important part of the village's history, providing a gateway for fishermen and tourists alike. Boats from all over the island bring in their daily catch of cod and other delicious seafood to the wharf's docks, and the conversation of laughing locals adds to the charm. Brightly colored buildings dotted with windows add a bit of colour.

The village is home to the Quidi Vidi Brewery, founded in 1996 by David Fong in a former fish plant, which has become an important tourist destination and the third-largest brewer in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. The village itself has a long history, with a tradition of fishing and a scenic location that makes it a popular destination for locals and tourists alike.

• Print and cards are of my original handmade marker sketches.
  
• For my original work I use Copic, and Winsor and Newton alcohol-based ink markers.
• Prints are signed by the artist.

PACKAGING
Prints: All prints are packaged with love, sealed in an eco-friendly, compostable cello sleeve made of plant fibers with thick backing cardboard and mailed in a non-bend envelope to ensure the print remains in perfect condition.
Greeting Cards: All cards are blank inside and a kraft envelope is included. All greeting cards are packed in a clear cellophane bag.

• PLA compostable sleeves and recycled postcards.
