Thirty years ago, we first slipped our canoe into the river and set out to wild harvest Sweet Gale for Lucid Dream tea. Inspired by the amazing plants that grow in one of the truly beautiful places of the world, Algonquin Park, we have been ethically wild harvesting and growing organic herbs for decades in the forests and meadows of Canada.  The Algonquin tea Collection has been well known and loved for its truly Canadian blends. Awakening , with a base of Labrador Tea and 8 other nutritious herbs is uplifting, Sweetfern Tonic keeps you paddling with ease, while Peace Tea is ideal at the close of the day for rest and sleep. Homestead and its mild and wild licorice taste is a family favorite, Sacred is transformative and Lucid Dream, which is harvested by canoe,  helps you have more memorable dreams! Magical blends indeed! In 2020 our collection expanded to include White Pine Tea which gained huge popularity world wide as a nutritive source of vitamin C, made even more delicious with a drop of maple syrup. Often called Canada in a cup. The same year we changed the tea landscape with Wild@Heart. These enticing blends pair the finest curated black, oolong, green and chai teas with a variety of remarkable wild herbs that grow naturally in our northern landscapes.  Imagine a fragrant green tea with balsam fir tips and rose petals, or a well-blended chai with horsetail and sustainably harvested northern chaga, or blue spruce tips with a creamy earl grey, and that is just three. Wondrously yummy. The herbs we use are sung to, the water is given tobacco, the sun and the earth are thanked.
