Rooted in the Loyalist agricultural heritage of Prince Edward County (PEC), Mirepoix Farm carries on the region's rich farming tradition, from the Barley Days of the late 1800s to today’s diverse agriculture. Owned and managed by Timothy Noxon, a 16-year farming veteran and recipient of Ontario's Premier's Award for Agri-Food Innovation and Slow Food Canada's Local Food Hero award, the farm is dedicated to bio-intensive organic practices.

Certified Organic through Ecocert Canada, Mirepoix Farm focuses on hand-crafted, organic growing methods that highlight taste and quality. With a commitment to exploring new plant varieties, seed-saving, and developing resilient crops, they aim to provide the best ingredients for flavorful meals that celebrate the unique character of PEC’s terroir.
