Prince Edward County Lavender is a family-run lavender farm and boutique nestled in the heart of wine country in Hillier, Price Edward County, Ontario. Since 2005, founders Rolande Leblanc and Derek Ryles have been cultivating fragrant fields of lavender and crafting small-batch, natural products directly from the farm. Their offerings range from essential oils and soaps to culinary salts, sugars, vinegars, and herbal teas—all lovingly handmade using pesticide-free lavender grown on-site.

In addition to their handcrafted product line, PEC Lavender is also a destination. Each summer, they welcome visitors for pick-your-own lavender experiences, host an annual Lavender Festival, and operate a peaceful bed & breakfast overlooking the fields. Their commitment to traditional growing methods, eco-conscious practices, and artisanal quality makes them a beautiful example of local, sustainable production rooted in place and passion.
