Mmmm Mushroom Risotto… The key to making our Risotto “just right” is starting with the best ingredients. Arborio rice, organic herbs & spices and Oyster mushrooms from the Funky Farm. Just add a delicious stock and allow to simmer. In just a few minutes, your kitchen will be filled with the bold mouth watering aromas of a delicious Italian risotto.
Cook Time approx. 22 minutes. Mushrooms and rice remain al dente the way it should be!

Funky Funghi is a Niagara-based mushroom farm in Pelham, Ontario, dedicated to growing a wide variety of fresh organic mushrooms. The farm is a natural extension of the Pasto brothers' passions: Anthony, a beekeeper and founder of Happy Bees Apiary, and Michael, a career chef with experience in Niagara and abroad. Their venture into gourmet mushroom cultivation began in 2020, blending their love for local food and small-scale farming with a nod to their Italian heritage, reflected in the name "Funky Funghi."
