Our Sweet Garlic and Chili Sauce has been described as “heaven in your mouth.” It offers a sweet, candied flavour with a subtle garlic note and the perfect chili balance. With just a mild touch of spice, it’s the ideal dip or spread for any dish. Originally crafted as a dip for cocktail items at catering functions, it’s now a go-to spread for sandwiches, and a flavourful baste for grilling. It is the perfect finishing touch on our crispy fried tofu making it very versatile and used very frequently in any kitchen.

This sauce won GRAND CHAMPION at the Royal Winter Fair in 2023 and First place in 2022!
